10:45am – 11:45am: Pilates with Elodie
12:15 – 2:00pm: Lunch - buffet on site with Les Roseaux Caterer
2:30pm: Departure for Paddle
3:00pm – 4:00pm: Paddle (16H30 if descent of the current) with Jérôme
5:00pm – 5:45pm: Snack
6:00pm – 6:30pm: Yoga Yin / Relaxation with Lucille
7:30pm – 9:00pm: Diner at Restaurant Les Roseaux
Sunday:
8:15am – 9:15am: Yoga Vinyasa / Dynamic with Lucille
9:30am – 10:30am: Breakfast
10:45 – 11:45: Pilates with Elodie

2:00pm: Departure for Paddle
